About LUSIVEX

A U.S. and global agency, by invitation, that takes artists and labels into the American market. Here is what it is, who runs it, and the record it stands on.

What LUSIVEX is

LUSIVEX does the work a U.S. label team would do, for artists and labels anywhere in the world who want the American market. The services run individually or as one campaign: U.S. label services and strategy, marketing and PR, social and influencer campaigns, A&R, Top 40 pop radio campaigns, distribution, label deals and JVs, playlisting and DSP relations, creative direction and content, and collabs, brand deals and booking.

Pop and idol acts are the specialty. The roster runs from K-pop to India, Japan, Europe and the United States.

Who runs it

Eshy Gazit, CEO, management and A&R lead. Named to Billboard's International Power Players list in 2021 and 2022. He was the U.S. managing partner for BTS from 2016 to 2018, has managed Monsta X since 2018 and Wonho since 2020, and founded the label Intertwine with BMG in 2021. More on eshygazit.com and Wikipedia.

Sam Maria, VP of Marketing and Press. Press strategy across music, lifestyle and fashion, from emerging outlets to the largest in the world.

The record

Every line below is publicly checkable, and each result belongs to the artist named.

BTS (2016 to 2018). First K-pop group at U.S. Top 40 pop radio. The 2017 American Music Awards performance, the group's U.S. television debut, then Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. The "MIC Drop" remix with Steve Aoki and Desiigner, A&R'd by Eshy Gazit.

Monsta X. Signed to Epic Records. "All About Luv" debuted in the top five of the Billboard 200. First K-pop group on the Radio Tour, and with BTS the only K-pop groups with three or more songs at U.S. Top 40 pop radio. Good Morning America, TODAY and The Kelly Clarkson Show.

Wonho. Solo launch with "Losing You" (Forbes, Billboard).

Tiffany Young. Best Solo Breakout at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards, the first female Korean artist to win an iHeartRadio Music Award.

The full list of coverage, by outlet, is on the press page.

How LUSIVEX fits with the other companies

LUSIVEX is the services agency: campaigns for artists and labels that keep their own label and their own management. EG Management is Eshy Gazit's artist management company, a separate business with its own roster. Intertwine is the record label he founded with BMG in 2021. Bandkick, built and run by the same team, runs small managed ad campaigns for independent artists.

A LUSIVEX client is a client of the agency. It does not mean Eshy Gazit is that artist's manager.

Questions

What is LUSIVEX?

LUSIVEX is a U.S. and global agency, by invitation, that takes artists and labels into the American market. It runs U.S. label services, marketing and PR, social and influencer campaigns, A&R, Top 40 pop radio campaigns, distribution and label deals, playlisting and DSP relations, creative direction, and collabs, brand deals and booking.

Who runs LUSIVEX?

LUSIVEX is led by CEO Eshy Gazit, named to Billboard's International Power Players list in 2021 and 2022, with Sam Maria as VP of Marketing and Press.

Is LUSIVEX a record label or a management company?

Neither. LUSIVEX is a services agency: it does the work a U.S. label team would do, for artists and labels that keep their own label and management. Artist management is a separate company, EG Management. Being a LUSIVEX client does not make Eshy Gazit the artist's manager.

Who has LUSIVEX worked with?

The team's record includes BTS (2016 to 2018), Monsta X, Wonho, Tiffany Young, DAY6, HyunA, CRAVITY, KiiiKiii and DAYOUNG, along with artists from India, Japan, Europe and the United States.
